Thursday is Monday in our family. Carl goes back to work. It's always an adjustment getting back into the 4-8 p.m. routine. Today Carl actually had to be in 2 hours early so after he left, I decided that we would go outside to soak up the sun and the cool Fall air. Camryn was napping so I quickly put batteries in the monitor and took Connor and Emily outside. Em ended up falling and getting a fat lip. This picture is after I cleaned up the blood and she stopped screaming. Her bunny always makes her feel better so bunny went back outside with us.
Shortly after Emily gained her composure Camryn woke up so we weren't out there too long. Just enough time to take a stroll around the court, look for some leaves and kick a soccer ball a few times. This is Connor showing off one of his leaves.

It was nice to get the kids outside because the weather the last few days was miserable. And even though we had to cut our outside time short, they didn't seem to mind. When we went in, Connor played a computer game, Emily watched Little Einsteins and Camryn just hung out. All in all, the rest of the afternoon and night went smoothly.
